FAQ - Changements to existing orders

I have placed my order, but I would like to use a different payment method. How do I do that?

If the payment method is the only change you would like to make, you can change it yourself on the orderstatus page. After changing the payment method, you will automatically receive an email with payment instructions.

Would you like to add/remove products? Then place a complete new order and write message that your other order (quote the order number!) can be cancelled.
