FAQ - Changements to existing orders

I've placed an order, but the shipping address is not correct. What should I do?

Firstly, send us an email as soon as possible with the order number and correct address, so we change the shipping address for your order.
Secondly: we can only change the address for an order. To make sure it goes well next time, you are obliged to update your account data. Log in on the website with your email address. Click My account. There you can modify your address. To save the new data, click "Save account"
