FAQ - Changements to existing orders

I have payed for the order, but I want to cancel it. What should I do?

Let us know by email as soon as possible. We will make sure you get your money back. If your order has been shipped already, you may return it at your own risk, and only after consulting us. This must be within 14 days and the products need to be unused, undamaged and saleable again. Shipping costs will not be refunded!
