FAQ - Payment

Have you received my payment?

We check our bank account on a (work)daily basis. As soon as we have received your payment, we will update your orderstatus which you can view here: (My order). Looking through all the received payments, for one specific, is very time consuming. So please: first make sure you have really transferred the money, with the correct amount and to the right bank account number. If your orderstatus hasn't changed after a week, and the money has been deducted from your bank account, you can contact us and tell us exactly when, who, how much etc. We will only be able to do something if you give us very specific details about the payment and only after you have contacted your own bank. Please realise that money transfers from bank accounts and from abroad will take at least several days to a week to process. These aren't processed in the weekend.
