How does it work?
Adding products to your cart
Add any product which you would like to buy to your shopping cart. You can always view the products in your cart by clicking "Shopping cart" (at the top of this page). If you are not logged, and add your first product to your cart, the website will ask your country. This is necessary for displaying the correct shipping costs.
More or less products in the shopping cart
If you want to remove products from your cart, click the checkbox on the appropriate line and then the button "Update". You can also change the quantity of each product on the same page. Enter the desired quantity and click the button "Update".
Confirming the order
Once you're done shopping, you click the button "Checkout". If you are not logged in or registered yet, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter your details.
On the same page you can choose a payment/shipping method: "Pay in advance - bank wire transfer" or "Pay in advance - PayPal / credit card". For customers in the Netherlands payment with iDEAL is also possible, for French customers payment with cheque. On this page you will also see the shipping costs for your order.
After choosing the method and entering the optional message to the store, you click "Confirm order". The order has now been confirmed and sent to Dreadspullen.
After confirming the order
Within a few minutes after confirming you will receive an email. This email is an automatically generated confirmation and contains your order number and overview of the ordered products. If you chose PayPal / Creditcard or iDEAL as a payment method, you are able to pay right after you've placed your order.
Within 2 working days you will receive a second email. This email states the final order total and shipping costs. This email also contains additional information for the payment method you have chosen.
If you pay in advance, we will ship within 3 working days after we have received your payment. If we don't receive the payment within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and deleted.
You can view the status of your order if you are logged in. You'll find your order(s) on the "My order" page. On the orderstatus page you can see if your payment has been received and if the order has been sent.
