The shampoo is mainly made of organic oil derived ingredients, namely from coconut, olive, hemp seed and Jojoba oil.

The rose variant smells lovely and the rose perfume is very relaxing.
Dr. Bronner's liquid soaps are pretty concentrated and can be used diluted.
