FAQ - Changements to existing orders

I have placed an order, but I want to add or remove products. How can I do this?

It is not possible to change an existing order. But, as long as your order hasn't been sent, you can do it like this: place a new order with all the products you would like, and type a message that your previous order (with order number!) can be canceled.
